Factions Skill Unlock Pack - Guild Wars Forums

I currently own prophecies and nightfall but I want the factions skills if I buy the factions skill unlock pack will i get all the faction skills or do I need to own the factions game and then buy the factions skill unlock pack for all the skills?

I too was recently wondering about this. Like if you were to purchase the Factions Skill Pack without owning Factions, would you be able to use an Elite Tome and use, say, [[Triple Chop] in PvE?

No, not in PvE. If you unlock it with a tome it will be locked, similar to how PvE only skills are when you equip them in RA (lol).
